Refund & Cancellation Policy


This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, programs, training, consulting engagements, and digital offerings provided by iGlobal Services ("iGlobal", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy Statement

iGlobal Services provides professional, time-based, and knowledge-driven services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.


Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement:

• All fees are earned upon commencement of service

• All sales are final once services begin

 

2. Consulting & Advisory Services


✔ Cancellations

• Clients may cancel consulting engagements before work begins by written notice.

• Once consulting work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.


✔ Partial Services

• If a project is terminated early by the client, fees already paid remain non-refundable.

• Any unpaid balance for work already performed remains due. 

3. Staffing, Recruiting & Placement Services


✔ Non-Refundable Fees

• Recruiting, sourcing, screening, and placement fees are non-refundable

• This includes candidate sourcing, resume review, interviews, and coordination


✔ No Placement Guarantees


Refunds are not issued for:

• Candidate withdrawal

• Client hiring decisions

• Delays or changes in hiring plans

• Employment outcomes or tenure

• Visa or immigration-related outcomes


Any replacement or credit terms (if offered) will be defined only in a separate written agreemen 

4. Training, Coaching & Educational Programs


✔ Cancellations Before Start Date

• Refunds may be considered only if cancellation is requested in writing before the program start date

• Any non-refundable administrative or enrollment fees will be deducted


✔ After Program Commencement


Once training, coaching, or educational programs begin:

• No refunds will be issued

• Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or non-participation do not qualify for refunds 

5. AI, Automation & Digital Services


Fees related to:

• AI system setup

• Automation workflows

• Digital tools

• Custom configurations

• Software-related consulting


are non-refundable once work begins, due to the customized and technical nature of delivery. 

6. Immigration-Adjacent Guidance


iGlobal Services does not provide legal immigration services.


Accordingly:

• Fees for informational guidance, coordination, or process support are non-refundable

• No refunds are issued for application outcomes, delays, denials, or third-party decisions 

7. Offshore & Global Delivery Services


 Services involving offshore or distributed teams are:

• Time-based

• Resource-allocated

• Contractually committed


Once resources are allocated or work begins:

• Fees are non-refundable

• Early termination does not relieve payment obligations for committed periods

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks


 Clients agree to:

• Contact iGlobal Services first to resolve billing questions

• Not initiate chargebacks without good-faith dispute resolution attempts


Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate service suspension

• Account termination

• Collection or legal action where applicable


9. Exceptional Circumstances


Refunds may be considered solely at iGlobal’s discretion in rare cases involving:

• Administrative errors

• Duplicate payments

• Failure to deliver services due solely to iGlobal’s fault


All decisions are final.

10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review


 All requests must be submitted in writing to:


Email: billing@iglobal.services (recommended to create)

Include:

• Client name

• Service purchased

• Reason for request

• Date of purchase


Verbal requests are not valid.


11. Policy Updates


iGlobal Services reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance
