📍We are seeking a creative and analytical LLM Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to improve model outputs, reliability, and real-world performance.
This position is ideal for someone who understands how LLMs think, responds to edge cases, and can turn vague requirements into precise, high-performing prompts.
What You’ll Do
- Design, refine, and optimize prompts for large language models
- Test and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and safety
- Develop prompt strategies for different use cases (chat, search, summarization, automation, etc.)
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate prompts into applications
- Analyze failures, hallucinations, and edge cases
- Create prompt templates, guidelines, and best practices

Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
- Excellent written English and prompt-writing ability
- Experience experimenting with prompt structures and instructions

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and limitations of LLMs
