HR Recruiter (Technical)

📍As a Technical HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and leadership teams to ensure the company builds strong, high-performing teams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands technology roles, enjoys people interaction, and can manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment process
- Source candidates for roles such as Developers, Engineers, Designers, QA, AI, Cloud, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports
Must Have
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Understanding of IT/technical roles and hiring terminology
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset

Nice to have
- Experience hiring for startups or fast-growing companies
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Familiarity with global hiring or remote recruitment
