What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to supervisors or medical staff
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health tasks (as permitted by role)
- Support patients with daily living activities and companionship
- Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely care documentation

Must-Have Qualifications
- Valid certification or license (CNA, HHA, RN, LPN – as applicable)
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills

- Experience with elderly, disabled, or post-surgery patients
- Knowledge of basic medical equipment and monitoring
