As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing and placing bench consultants on suitable client requirements. You will work closely with recruiters, account managers, and vendors to ensure maximum placements and revenue generation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands US IT staffing, consultant marketing, vendor management, and has strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients
  • Identify and share suitable job requirements for available consultants
  • Submit consultants’ profiles to clients and vendors
  • Negotiate rates with vendors and end clients
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up until closure
  • Maintain daily activity reports and submission tracking 
  • Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships 
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to understand consultant skill sets 
  • Ensure quick turnaround on requirements 
  • Maintain compliance and documentation related to placements

Must Have

  • Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Bench Sales
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruitment process
  • Experience marketing consultants on C2C / W2 / 1099
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with job portals and vendor databases
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment 
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Nice to have

  • Existing vendor and client network
  • Experience working with multiple time zones (US shifts)
  • Knowledge of ATS and CRM tools
  • Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously
  • Understanding of immigration types and compliance basics
